Sunday, May 18th 4:15pm – 6:45pm
The Wayne Clergy Council, of which Pastor Juli is a part, has created the “Shine A Light” program. Throughout the past two years, different houses of worship have hosted events focused on their particular religious tradition. Each gathering has an educational piece, a time of prayer, times for conversation and questions, and of course food! We have had the opportunity to learn about Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. Our next gathering, on May 18th, will be focused on Hinduism. Click here for the flyer.
You are invited to join your Wayne neighbors for this interfaith event. It is one you don’t want to miss.
If you would like to attend the event, please click here to RSVP. Space is limited, so RSVPing is essential.
*Please note that for the previous gatherings, there was a special invitation to youth, offering them their own space to learn and discuss. Because of limited space, there will not be a separate youth event this time around. However, high school students are still welcome, they will just join the adults.
For the month of April, the purchase of a $10.99 bouquet in the sleeve marked “Bloomin’ 4 Good” from the Stop & Shop at 500 State Route 23, Pompton Plains NJ will brighten a home or make someone’s day while also directing a $1 donation to our church.
The more bouquets sold, the greater the donation we will receive from Stop & Shop! To learn more about this program, please visit stopandshop.2givelocal.com.
